Conductor is pre-launch and operated by one person. This page says what happens to data in plain language, and is written short on purpose so it can be read rather than skimmed.

This website
The marketing site you are reading sets no analytics or advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. The only third parties involved in serving it are Google Fonts (for the typefaces) and YouTube, which loads only when you play the embedded demo and is served in no-cookie mode.
Nothing on this site collects your details. There are no forms. If you want to get in touch you email a person.
Workspace data, if you connect Conductor
Connecting Conductor authorises it, through each tool’s own OAuth consent screen, to act within a limited scope. Those scopes are published in full on the architecture page. In summary: read and write issues in Linear, read invited channels and post in Slack, read and write pages in shared Notion databases, and compose Gmail drafts. Conductor cannot send email, cannot access DM history, and holds no admin or billing scope in any tool.
Conductor stores the directives you submit, the actions it generates, the outcome of each action, and the rationale attached to it. That is the decision memory the product runs on.
What we do not do with it
- Workspace data is not used to train models.
- Decision embeddings are stored per workspace and are never queried across tenants.
- Data is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers. There are none.
Model inference is performed by a third-party model provider under an agreement that excludes training on submitted content. Hosting and the decision-memory store run on standard cloud infrastructure.
Retention and deletion
Design-partner workspaces can request export or deletion of everything associated with them at any time by emailing hello@min15x.com. A fixed retention period and a deletion SLA are being committed to before the first design-partner engagement, and this page will state both once they are. Publishing a number that isn’t yet a commitment would be worse than saying so plainly.
Your rights
If you are in the UK, EU or another jurisdiction with statutory data rights, you can request access, correction, export or erasure of personal data held about you, and you can object to processing. Email the address above; there is no form and no ticket queue.
Changes
This page is versioned and dated at the top. Material changes affecting a connected workspace will be sent by email before they take effect.
